Diamond Awards

ARTshare's annual Diamond Awards will be presented March 5 at a luncheon at the Radisson Villa Hotel. Winners in eight categories will be recognized for their contributions to the arts in San Mateo County .

The 2004 recipients will be arts educator Charles Strong, Borel Private Bank and Trust Company for corporate support, individual artist Leona Moriarty, young artist Morgan Mallory, arts organization Kollage Community School for the Arts, arts volunteers Lois and Ted Everett, San Bruno City Council Member Irene K. O'Connell for government support, and individual donors Pete and Paula Uccelli.

The awards luncheon is presented by ARTshare with support from the San Mateo County Arts Commission and the California Arts Council. Tickets are $45 per person. Reservations should be made by Feb. 23. The Radisson Villa Hotel is at 4000 S. El Camino Real, San Mateo . Call ARTshare at (650) 287-2611.
