BOREL PRIVATE BANK APPOINTS CLANCY SWANSON STEIN AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

PALO ALTO, CA , January 26, 2007– Borel Private Bank & Trust Company today announced the appointment of Clancy Swanson Stein as Senior Vice President, Business Relationship Officer. She brings over 35 years of banking and lending experience to the bank. Most recently, Stein served as Senior Vice President, Business Relationship Manager at Mid Peninsula Bank and previously worked at Union Bank as Vice President, Business Relationship Manager.

Stein resides in San Bruno with her husband and daughter. She is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School , University of Washington , Seattle . Stein is a Trustee of The Girls' Middle School in Mountain View and also serves on the Castilleja School Advisory Board in Palo Alto . She has volunteered the last six years at the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, working as a Cuddler in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit.
