Stephen A. Rossi is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Borel Private Bank & Trust Company. He also serves as Corporate Secretary and is a member of the Bank's executive team. Mr. Rossi joined Borel in 2006.
Prior to joining Borel, Mr. Rossi served as Senior Vice President of Bank of America where he enjoyed a 30 year career. During his tenure he held management positions in branch and area management, marketing, compliance and finance. He most recently served as the CFO of Pacific Southwest Business Bank, one of the largest within the Bank's Business Banking division.
Mr. Rossi graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. He also holds a MBA in Management/Finance from Golden Gate University.
