Borel Appoints Gayle Almeida-Hage to Vice President and Client Relationship Manager
SAN MATEO, Calif. - June 30, 2009
Borel Private Bank & Trust Company today announced the appointment of Gayle Almeida-Hage as vice president and client relationship manager. She will be based at Borel's San Mateo offices.
Prior to joining Borel, Almeida-Hage served as premier client manager at Bank of America in the Menlo Park branch where she managed a client book of customers with more than $300 million in assets. A consistent winner of BofA's Annual Award of Excellence, Almeida-Hage worked with financial advisors and private bankers to deliver wealth management services for BofA's top tier clients, resulting in more than $35 million in assets to the Private Bank. She also closed more than $40million in mortgages for the bank in 2008, a record in her 32 year career.
"I've always been incredibly impressed with Borel's unparalleled commitment to the community and charitable causes. That has a lot to do with why I joined. I also joined Borel because no other Bay Area bank offers a higher level of personalized service," said Almeida-Hage.
"Gayle brings extensive community-style banking experience and an impeccable reputation for long-lasting client relationships. She is an extremely capable banker and she knows what superior customer service means. We're extremely excited Gayle's joining Borel," said John Conover, CEO of Borel Private Bank & Trust Company.
