Tommy Fehrenbach Receives William A. Dunlap Fellowship Award

SAN MATEO, Calif. – December 6, 2009 - Borel Private Bank & Trust Company today announced that Deposit Relationship Manager, Tommy Fehrenbach, has been honored by the Palo Alto Kiwanis Club with membership to the William A. Dunlap Fellowship, a district level (CAL-NEV- HA) award for outstanding community service and dedication to the club and the objectives of Kiwanis.

The Foundation Fellowship Award honors Kiwanis Club Founder, Past Governor William A. Dunlap. Membership is initiated by donation, which entitles the recipient to a Dunlap plaque, medallion and lapel pin. Clubs, divisions, or individuals may purchase a Dunlap to present to an individual and the donor may designate 50% of the net contribution to be directed to a current program of the Foundation, such as Pediatric Trauma Prevention, SOAP Scholarships and more. The balance of the gift is permanently restricted and only the interest is used to support the programs of the Foundation.

William A. Dunlap Fellowship - This Foundation Fellowship honors of our Founder, Past Governor William A. Dunlap. Membership is initiated by donation of $1,000.00, which entitles the recipient to a Dunlap plaque, medallion and lapel pin. Installment payments may be made over a four-year period at $250.00 per year. Presentation may be made once the total amount is received. Clubs, divisions, or individuals may purchase a Dunlap to present to an individual. A donor may designate 50% of the net contribution to be directed to a current program of the Foundation, such as Pediatric Trauma Prevention, SOAP Scholarships or Unrestricted Funds (which the Board allocates depending on need). The balance of the gift is permanently restricted and only the interest is used to support the programs of the Foundation.
