Mr. Farrell joined Borel Private Bank & Trust Company in 1985. He is an Executive Vice President and member of the executive team of the Bank. As Senior Loan Officer and Chief Credit Officer, he is responsible for administration of the Bank's Loan Department.

Prior to joining Borel Private Bank & Trust Company, Mr. Farrell worked for Crocker National Bank, serving 13 years in various capacities in the San Mateo area, including the San Carlos, Burlingame and San Mateo Main Offices. His responsibilities included overseeing branch operations for 3 offices in the San Mateo area. He was subsequently made responsible as Branch Sales Manager for retail loan sales managing the top-producing office of the bank.

Mr. Farrell is currently a member of the Burlingame Rotary Club, the San Mateo County Historical Association, and the San Francisco Chapter of Risk Management Associates. Formerly, Mr. Farrell served on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Skyline Council of the Boy Scouts of America and was a member of the San Carlos Lions Club.
