Borel in the Community

For over 29 years, whether sponsoring events, helping with fundraising efforts, serving on boards or participating in special events and activities, we at Borel have been, and continue to be, actively involved in our communities.

Borel's Holiday Giving Programs

Borel is proud to support local non-profit organization in this holiday season. This year, we are participating in a number of fundraising events:

Holiday Giving Tree
The San Mateo Office annual giving tree will sponsor Family Service Agency’s childcare program. A $20 donation to purchase one of our ornaments will fill the gap in government funding to provide a week of subsidized child care for one local low-income child.

Our Burlingame Office Holiday Giving Tree will sponsor Palcare. Your $20 donation to purchase one of our ornaments will provide a breakfast for 10 low income preschoolers.

One Warm Coat Project - If you have a clean, reusable coat for a man, woman or child, we will be collecting them at all of our offices through December 15.

Samaritan House Food & Toy Drive – We will be collecting non-perishable goods and new toys or gift certificates for children up to the age of 16. This food and toy drive supports local, low income families each holiday season.

2009 Central Park Music Series

Borel Private Bank & Trust Company is proud to once again support free live music in San Mateo by sponsoring the 2009 Central Park Music Series. Starting June 18 through August 6, every Thursday evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, visitors can listen to a featured live band, enjoy food from local vendors and win raffle prizes.
