New Online Banking
NEW ONLINE BANKING FOR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS CLIENTS
Borel Private Bank & Trust Company, a division of Boston Private Bank & Trust Company recently converted to a new Online Banking system that offers our Online Banking clients enhanced functionality and features. We’ve provided important information on this page to help both Personal and Business Online Banking clients with their initial login to the new Online Banking system.
ACCESSING THE NEW SYSTEM
INITIAL LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Enter your Access ID in the Online Banking Login box below (your Access ID is the same as your Login ID in the previous system unless otherwise notified)
2. Enter your Temporary Passcode (the passcode was provided both in a mailing sent to you the week of November 21 and in the current Online Banking system the week of November 28)
3. You will be immediately prompted to create your new and personalized passcode for all future logins
Business Bill Pay Clients:
Access your Bill Pay service by logging in using your special Bill Pay User ID and Temporary Passcode. To get your special Bill Pay User ID and Temporary Passcode please call us at 650.378.3700.
