Vern Adkins first joined Borel as a legal intern in the Trust Department during the summer of 2005. After graduating from Santa Clara University School of Law, he spent three years with the Tax Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working with venture capital partnerships, hedge funds and state and local tax consulting for publicly traded companies. Mr. Adkins rejoined Borel in the fall of 2009.
Mr. Adkins is a member of the California State Bar. He earned his JD from Santa Clara University School of Law where he achieved membership in the Order of the Coif. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Arizona.
